You are probably meaning the Fats Waller angel . Both the feline star of " Tin Pan Alley Cats " and this angel are tributes to the popular Fats Waller .
Amyway , I woul love to do a tribute to norman McCabe , but I do not own enough of his cartoons on dvd to post screenshots from . I'll try to think at something else .
