Tortoise Wins by a Hare (here we go again!)
As promised, here are other frames from this great cartoon:
NICE!! These frames are so amazing! Scriber WAS A GENIUS. What acting! What flexibility and exagerration! What great use of squash and stretch! What construction! (especially in the jaws with the teeth!)
Holy smokes!! That's genius! People speak in awe of Disney guys like Biii Tytla, but was there ever anything so vivid or intense? Please, though, if you could, include the punch-line, when Bugs suddenly changes gears and adds a delicate "and I will, too"...just a reminder that our beloved Bugs hasn't completely been taken over by the Demon of Jealousy

Thank you mmm...donuts for including Bugs' "and I will, too!" bit as the scene "fades-out". It's a terrific little twist on an already outrageous bit of cartoon acting.

ReplyDeleteI've just realised that if I pull the "elevator" down it animates the cells, albeit rather clumsily. Great site!
