Except for... the fact that Tex Avery later reused the character? If not that, what? We're dying of curiosity here!

Hah hah! I know it was an easy question but it was the only way to show this cartoon.
Guess not everyone knew that Tex reused this character from this H-I effort in "What Price Fleadom".
