The Vinci Code: "The Crackpot King"

No wonder the wacky Hugh Herbert-look-and-sound-a-like feline king falled in love for this female mouse.She's a beauty. And even beautier is the dance sequence animated by the one and only Carlo Vinci.
Again, his work was identified by Milton Knight.
